David Bagh
Chief Executive Officer
David Bagh is the Chief Executive Officer of IPOL Group, where he leads the group's strategic direction, executive leadership, and corporate operations. He brings over five years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong focus on commercial strategy, international trade, and relationship-driven execution. In his role, David works closely with corporate partners and institutional stakeholders, guiding teams to deliver structured, reliable, and scalable solutions across complex commercial environments. His leadership emphasizes discipline, accountability, and long-term value creation.
Moody Alavi
President
Moody Alavi serves as President of IPOL Group, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to support strategic leadership, corporate development, and international partnerships. He brings over two decades of experience in global investments across infrastructure, energy, commodities, finance, and real estate. Throughout his career, Mr. Alavi has overseen large-scale international transactions and multi-billion-dollar development projects across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His experience spans energy and industrial projects, infrastructure development, financial institutions, commodities trading, and major real estate portfolios.
Beiron Brouwers
Chief Operating Officer
Beiron Brouwers is the Chief Operating Officer of IPOL Group, where he oversees operational execution, organizational alignment, and cross-functional performance across the group. He works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into effective and scalable operations. Prior to joining IPOL Group, Beiron held senior leadership roles at Ogilvy, working within a global professional services environment in Brussels. His background includes leading functions across strategy and execution for multinational organizations, contributing to complex, cross-market operations within large corporate structures.
Simon Ahn, Esq.
Corporate Counsel & Transaction Paymaster
Simon Ahn serves as Corporate Counsel and Transaction Paymaster to IPOL Group. Mr. Ahn is responsible for legal documentation review, transaction structuring oversight, and administrative coordination in connection with international petroleum and refined-product transactions. His work includes review of SPAs, ICPOs, mandates, NCNDAs, and related contractual instruments, as well as coordination with counterparties and financial institutions regarding procedural matters. In his capacity as Transaction Paymaster, Mr. Ahn administers the receipt and disbursement of transaction proceeds in accordance with executed agreements and documented conditions precedent. Disbursements are made only upon satisfaction of agreed contractual milestones and supporting documentation. Mr. Ahn's activities are conducted within the framework of applicable AML/KYC requirements, UBO verification standards, and cross-border compliance considerations. He coordinates with participating financial institutions regarding settlement mechanics and documentation alignment as required by transaction terms. Mr. Ahn has more than 30 years of legal and transactional experience. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Georgia and previously served as Managing Partner of Ahn & Associates, LLC, overseeing corporate and commercial transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Tom Jones serves as Chief Financial Officer of IPOL Group, where he is responsible for overseeing the group's financial strategy, management, and long-term planning. He brings experience across multiple areas of business, with a strong focus on finance, management, wealth management, and strategic planning. In his role, Tom manages day-to-day financial operations while supporting long-term growth objectives through disciplined financial oversight and strategic decision-making. He works closely with executive leadership to ensure financial clarity, control, and sustainability across the group.
Peter Jones
Group Managing Director
Peter Jones is Group Managing Director at IPOL Group, bringing over 20 years of experience across a broad range of business ventures. His background includes commodities trading, investment management, and the development and oversight of diversified property portfolios. In recent years, Peter has been actively involved in the petroleum sector, where he has established strong commercial relationships with clients and buyers across the industry. His experience spans transaction execution, relationship management, and strategic oversight within complex market environments.

Managing Director Sales & Logistics
Nas Seyed is Managing Director at IPOL Group, with responsibility for trading and operational execution. He has experience working across multiple sectors, including the motor trade, online sales, and the oil and gas industry. Nas maintains a hands-on leadership approach, overseeing projects from initiation through execution with a strong focus on accountability, consistency, and delivery. Dr. Saf Mohammed
Managing Director Middle East
Dr. Saf is a distinguished global strategist and power broker recognized for forging transformative alliances between international organizations to drive sustainable, scalable business growth. Combining academic rigor with practical execution, he delivers high-impact cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships across diverse sectors. Holding a PhD in International Business and an MBA in Healthcare Management, Dr. Saf integrates deep geopolitical insight with commercial strategy—translating complex global dynamics into executable frameworks that generate measurable value.
